14 Days "no quibble" Cancellation

You may cancel your policy for any reason up to 14 days from the date of purchase and will receive a full refund (so long as your trip has not begun).

To cancel your policy, simply call us or write to us and we'll take care of things for you. We will process your refund swiftly and this refund will be reflected on your credit card or bank statement.
