How to make a claim

We have tried to make claiming as simple as possible.

The reason you need to make a claim will determine the kind of information we need from you.

It is important you complete the right claim forms in full.

We recommend you talk to us if you need any help or guidance on which form(s) to use or how to complete them.

It is important for you and us that we can assess every claim fairly and swiftly. By completing your form in full and supplying all the original supporting documents, you help to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays.

• Having to cancel, curtail or rearrange a trip
• A lost, stolen or damaged passport or driving licence

We still require your physical signature on the forms and relevant original documents, so you cannot claim electronically just yet.
